Hillman Reid - Exchange & Return Policy

For the Customer

All product(s) must be returned through the same channel of purchase. If you purchased online, complete a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) and return the product to Hillman Reid within 30 calendar days from the date stated on your receipt for your money back. If you purchased online, postage/shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless Hillman Reid shipped the wrong product(s) or the product(s) arrived damaged.

If you purchased from a Hillman Reid Independent Sales Representative (“Representative”), products must be returned to your Representative along with your receipt within 30 calendar days from the delivery date stated for a replacement, exchange or your money back.

As a Hillman Reid Independent Sales Representative if, for any reason, a Hillman Reid product is not found to be satisfactory, just return it for replacement or account credit (refund), as applicable. Carefully examine your product upon receipt.

Representatives have up to 120 calendar days from the invoice date to request a replacement or account credit (refund). Customers must return products to their Representative within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Account credits or credit card refunds, as applicable, may be issued immediately, unless the Sales Representative’s account is unable to receive instant credit. Once a replacement, account credit or credit card refund has been requested through an RMA, all returnable products must be returned to Hillman Reid within 45 calendar days of request or the account will be recharged.

If you choose Replacement you will be sent an email to confirm the replacement products (e.g., different size, colour, fragrance) – select to add to your next order automatically. To Exchange a returned product for a different item, select Refund to receive an account credit or credit card refund, then add the desired product to your next order.

Personalized Items

Exchanges are not available for customized items such as clothing or combs.


Return Merchandise Authorization

Your RMA will outline which products need to be returned to Hillman Reid. Postage/shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the Representative unless Hillman Reid shipped the wrong product(s) or the product(s) arrived damaged.

All returns must be reasonable, in Hillman Reid’s sole discretion. Any return requests or returned products received after the above-mentioned periods will not be honoured, nor will such products be returned to you. Excessive returns or improper return activity may be deemed an abuse of Hillman Reid’s return policy and may result in suspension or termination of your return privileges and/or business association with Hillman Reid.

When a Product is returned, discounts, commissions, bonuses, incentives and other compensation attributable to the returned products will be deducted. Please consult the General Policies and Procedures for details.

OUR GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER:

  • Products that have been substantially used;
  • Products and packaging that have been broken or damaged through misuse;
  • Large-scale, excessive returns as determined by Hillman Reid, at its sole discretion;
  • Demos, sales aids, and Representative Net Offers cannot be returned, unless defective. All sales are considered final.
