How to Place a Sample Order for Your White Label Product via Shopify Store

If you wish to place a sample order for your white label product, the process can be easily completed through your Shopify Store. Follow these simple steps to create a personal order:

Step 1: Add the Products to Your Store

Using the app, begin by adding the desired products to your Shopify Store. This can be accomplished effortlessly through the app's user-friendly interface.

Step 2: Design Your Label

Utilize the design feature within our app to create a custom label design for your product. This will give your sample order a personalized touch.

Step 3: Create a 100% Discount Code

In your Shopify Admin section, navigate to "Discounts" and select "Create Discount." Generate a unique 100% discount code specifically assigned to your account.

Step 4: Place Your Order

Proceed to the "Create Order" section within Shopify Admin, found under "Orders." Sample orders have a limit of (5) Items or (1) Product bundle; extra items on an order may result in additional shipping charges being sent via invoice to cover costs*. Here, you now have two options to apply:

a.) Create an Order with and apply a 100% Discount. This ensures that you won't have to process a payment through your store, since our app will bill your card at a discounted rate.

b.) Create a FREE shipping method with a $0.00 value. We will bill our shipping rate through your card in our app.

Step 5: Billing Process

Our Dropship app will automatically bill your credit card on file at the wholesale rate for the products you ordered.

Step 6: Order Status Updates

After you have completed your order, we will take care of the rest. We'll process and create your sample order, keeping you informed about its status through your website.
