After showering, simply let the stick warm up in contact with skin for 10 – 30 seconds to soften. Then apply 2 - 3 strokes from the center of each armpit outward until you've covered all bases (literally!). For additional protection, feel free to reapply as needed throughout the day and stay feeling confident and smelling great.
