Carefully warm your shaving brush with very warm water. Allow your shaving brush to soak in the water to draw moisture into the bristles. Pour out the water and leave the brush damp, not overly wet. Apply warm damp towel to your face to prepare your skin for shaving. Twirl your shaving brush on the soap and then whisk in a shaving bowl or mug to create a warm thick lather. Apply in a circular motion and rinse in very cold water when done.
