At buyer's request, Hillman Reid may, at its own discretion, supply technical assistance and information with respect to products. Hillman Reid makes no warranties of any kind or nature – expressed or implied – including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, with respect to technical assistance or information provided by Hillman Reid or its personnel. Any suggestions by Hillman Reid regarding use, selection, application, or suitability of the products shall not be construed as an express warranty, unless specifically designated as such in writing and signed by an officer or other authorized representative of Hillman Reid.

Further, Hillman Reid is not responsible for the comments made in the customer reviews, nor when products are used in ways not suitable to their purpose (for example; product transferred into other containers; products used to correct skin conditions).
